ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please note, withdrawals from active gaming accounts can take up to 24-72 hours after request submission, and are contingent upon validation of all personal information on our records prior to payment.

PROOF OF AGE

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by, construed in accordance with and enforced under laws as if executed wholly within Curaçao, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Each clause is severable and separate from every other one, so if some part becomes invalid the other ones continue in full force.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you or your approval. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon their posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications will signify your acceptance of them. If you do not agree with a change, please terminate this agreement and exit from services offered.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES AND ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right to limit or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason without notice or liability, including in cases of abuse, fraud, non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If we determine that your account is involved in a dispute with us or another player, you will be prohibited from playing on our site until resolved. You also agree to allow us an opportunity to investigate any disputes arising during the course of game play which may result in freezing, cancelling withdrawal of winnings prior to payout.
